Who you're agreeing with
These terms govern your use of the IvyStrides marketing site (www.ivystrides.com), the portal (portal.ivystrides.com), and any IvyStrides program you enroll in. By using any of these you agree to these terms.
Enrollment and fees
Program fees are quoted in your enrollment confirmation and are non-transferable. Cancellation and refund policy is set out in your enrollment confirmation. We don't guarantee specific score outcomes — the 90% figures we publish are historical and individual results vary.
Acceptable use
Course materials (recordings, practice tests, FRQ reviews) are for the enrolled student's use. Don't redistribute them or share account access. Don't harass tutors, other students, or staff in any IvyStrides channel.
Intellectual property
All teaching materials, written content, the brand, and the software powering the portal are owned by IvyStrides. Your essays, written work, and personal data remain yours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IvyStrides isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you've paid for the program in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get an email to anyone with an account, and the date at the top of this page changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
