What we collect

On this website (www.ivystrides.com) we collect only what you put in a form: name, email address, phone number (optional), the program you're interested in, and any free-text message. We record the page the form was submitted from and the browser User-Agent so we can attribute the inquiry — but we do not store your IP address.

On the portal (portal.ivystrides.com), accounts hold the information you provide when you register or that your tutor / admin enters on your behalf — name, email, school, grade year, optional phone, optional address. Tutors' bank details (for payments) are encrypted at rest.

How we use it

We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, deliver the program you enrolled in, and process payments. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketing networks.

Cookies

This site uses functional cookies only — no advertising or cross-site tracking. The portal uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in.

Children's privacy

Many of our students are under 18. Where we collect information about a minor, a parent or guardian is in the loop — through the registration flow, the consultation call, or a linked Parent account.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@ivystrides.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes get an email to anyone with an account.
