Hemant is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and growth strategist with deep ground in education and technology-driven learning. His core training is in Mathematics and Physics — he authored Physics for IB Diploma: Ultimate Revision Guide, recognized as a top student resource.

At IvyStrides, he leads curriculum design, diagnostic development, and how students get matched with the right instruction. His commitment is to bring structured, data-driven SAT prep to students worldwide — not another content library.

Rajesh is a technology leader, entrepreneur, and angel investor with 25+ years in product engineering, AI/ML, and cloud computing. He has been instrumental in designing scalable learning platforms backed by data-driven insights and adaptive testing strategies.

At IvyStrides, he owns the technology platform — including the adaptive testing environment students take practice tests on and the tutor-matching algorithm.
